Dr. Sopko and his team share the goal of providing you with the highest level of excellence in both endodontic diagnosis and treatment. Our mission is to preserve natural teeth-whenever possible-including teeth that have previously received endodontic treatment that may require treatment revision.

     We believe in saving teeth as a priority, using the highest level of technology and expertise to arrive at a correct diagnosis.  When an endodontic problem is identified and treatment is indicated, we apply the same high level of technology, time-developed skill, and most advanced treatment protocols to provide the highest level of care to save your tooth.

     Dr. Sopko provides evidence-based care ensuring that diagnosis and treatment are guided by the latest scientific research and best clinical practices. Dr. Sopko stays at the forefront of endodontics by participating in endodontic specific continuing education through his membership with the American Association of Endodontists, The Tar Heel Endodontic Association, participation with the International World Congress of Dental Traumatology, and through his position as an adjunct clinical professor in the Department of Endodontics at the UNC School of Dentistry. Dr. Sopko participates in local continuing education with several area study clubs including the Raleigh-Wake County Dental Society, Spear Study Club, and Seattle Study club. Dr. Sopko's endodontic continuing education well exceeds the credits required annually by the NC State Board of Dental Examiners.
